Pricing Policy:

Prices subject to change without notice because of any unforeseen market condition changes.

Special Pricing:

Large quantity special pricing available on most products.

Minimum Order:

$250.00
Orders below this minimum will be subject to a $20.00 below minimum charge.

Terms:

Subject to credit approval.

Payment Terms:

Net 30 Days. Amex, Visa and Mastercard accepted for payments made within 30 day terms only. Interest may be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month on an overdue balance.

Freight Policy:

For shipments within continental USA…FOB Dynarex warehouse. Over $1,500.00 no freight charge. Some exceptions are at the discretion of Dynarex which include: Wood Products, Povidone Iodine Solutions, CSR Wraps, Cotton Balls, Ice Packs, Med Cups, Drinking Cups and Perineum Wash. Inside delivery, requests for delivery appointments or any other special delivery request shall be the responsibility of the customer. ** See special freight contingency policy below.

Drop Shipments:

Drop shipments to one destination will be subject to a $20.00 service charge In addition to standard freight charges. Regular freight terms apply.

Carrier Claims:

Claims for defective shipping cartons and shortages in shipment must be filed by the customer and noted on the carrier’s freight receipt at the time of delivery.

Returned Goods Policy Authorization:

Written request must be sent to Dynarex listing Dynarex Invoice Number, Item Number, Quantity and Lot Number before any merchandise can be returned. Written authorization must be given by Dynarex prior to return of merchandise. Otherwise the merchandise can be subject to refusal at senders expense.

Merchandise Return for Credit:

Only unopened / salable cartons will qualify for return / credit. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all returns shall be shipped prepaid to Dynarex warehouse.

Credit will be granted as follows:

  • Defective merchandise – at time of receipt, 100% credit or replacement
  • Dynarex shipping error – 100% credit
  • Salable merchandise, unopened cartons returned within 75 days with written authorization – 80% credit
  • Salable merchandise, unopened cartons returned within 150 days with written authorization – 50% credit
  • Merchandise unsuitable for resale because of age, condition, obsolescence or expiration date – No credit
  • Products in “high demand” as a result of current market conditions are at the discretion of Dynarex to approve or deny return

Claims:

All sales are subject to acceptance of filing any claim in the State of New York exclusively.

**Freight Contingency Policy:

Given rising transportation costs, Dynarex reserves the right to review the prepaid freight status of any purchase order if the specific product mix and shipping destination of said order proves to be untenable. Customer will be contacted to discuss a mutually agreeable solution.
